Abstract

Junior High School of Ma’arif NU 02 Paguyangan, Brebes, applies the assessment management information system using web-based. Trought this system, the assessment management information system will be more effective and efficient. Most of students are villagers who live arround school. They get difficulties to get more information which come from out of their dwelling place. Students have been regarding that school becomes main spot of gaining the outside information. As a result, if the implementation of asse manag, teacher performance, and learning motivation can be improved in this school, the student achievement will also upgrade significantly. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Assessment Management Information System, teacher performance, motivation to learn and student achievement in junior high school Maarif NU 02 Paguyangan Brebes and influence of implementation and the management information system of the teacher performance for learning motivation and student achievement in junior high school Maarif NU 02 Paguyangan Brebes ". This research is quantitative. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and simple regression analysis and regression. The results showed that first, the implementation of assessment management information system significantly influence the motivation to learn with percentage contribution of X 1 to Y 1 was 90%. Second, the implementation of assessment management information system significantly influence the students achievement with the percentage contribution of X 1 to Y 2 at 53.8%. Third, teachers performance significantly influence the students' learning motivation with the percentage contribution of X 2 to Y 1 was 98.5%. Fourth, teachers performance significantly influence the student achievement with the percentage contribution of X 2 to Y 2 was 62%. Fifth, the implementation of assessment management information system significantly influence the students' learning motivation with the percentage contribution of X 1 and X 2 to Y 1 was 98.5%. Sixth, the implementation of assessment management information system significantly influence the students achievement with the percentage contribution of X 1 and X 2 was 62.1%. Conclusions in this study that 77% of the SIM implementation assessment and teacher performance to student achievement and learning motivation in SMP Ma’arif NU 02 Paguyangan, Brebes.
