Abstract

Significant contributing factor to the quality of education include teachers' motivation and performance. Motivation and teacher performance, will support the achievement of quality education. This study addresses issues such as: 1) How is the work motivation, teacher performance, and quality of education in MIN Krangean and MIN Wirasaba ?; 2) How much influence work motivation on teacher performance MIN Krangean and MIN Wirasaba?; 3) How much influence the motivation to work on educational quality in MIN Krangean and MIN Wirasaba?; 4) How much influence the performance of teachers on educational quality in MIN Krangean and MIN Wirasaba?; 5) How much influence together (simultaneously) the motivation and performance of teachers on educational quality in MIN Krangean and MIN Wirasaba?; 6) Are there differences in work motivation, performance, and quality of education between MIN Krangean and MIN Wirasaba? This research is quantitative. Data were collected by questionnaire, observation, and documentation. This study uses census approach, which is taking the data of the whole unit of observation . While the data collected from all teachers MIN Krangean many as 18 people, and teachers MIN Wirasaba many as 18 people. Data analysis method used is descriptive percentage, regresion, and t test. Based on this research, it was found that: 1) the work motivation of teachers MIN Krangean and MIN Wirasaba in the excellent category with an average of 53.16 and 53.38, teacher performance MIN Krangean and MIN Wirasaba in the excellent category, with an average of 46 , 78 and 46.72, and the quality of education MIN Krangean and MIN Wirasaba in the excellent category, with an average of 47.5 and 48.0; 2) There is significant influence motivation work to teachers performance in MIN Krangean (38,5%) and MIN Wirasaba (74,6%); 3) There is significant influence motivation to work on educational quality in MIN Krangean (27,6%) and MIN Wirasaba (36,5%), 4) No significant effect on educational quality teacher performance at MIN Krangean (0%), but there is a significant effect the performance of teachers to the quality of education in MIN Wirasaba (41,9%), 5) there is a significant influence job motivation of teachers and teacher performance together on educational quality in MIN Krangean and MIN Wirasaba, namely (43.8%) and (42.7%). 6) There is no significant difference in work motivation, teacher performance and quality education in MIN Krangean and MIN Wirasaba (Sig. 0901), (Sig. 0978), and (Sig. 0774). The results of this study reinforce the theory by Bemandin Joice and Keith Davis that the quality of education is influenced by the knowledge, skills, abilities, attitudes, and behavior, motivation, and performance of the personal organization.
