Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis sistem penjaminan mutu sekolah di SMK Muhammadiyah Bandongan Magelang Jawa Tengah dengan fokus mencangkup: pelaksanaan sistem penjaminan mutu sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan tiga motode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini sebagai informan kunci yaitu kepala sekolah, QMR, wakil kepala dan guru. Teknik analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, pengecekan keabsahan data temuan dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, QMR, wakil kepala dan guru di SMK Muhammadiyah Bandongan Magelang Jawa Tengah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa, pelaksanaan sistem penjaminan mutu menggunakan dua referensi utama yaitu Standar Nasional Pendidikan sebagai standar wajib dan Standar ISO 9001;2015. Penggunaan dua referensi tersebut diintegrasikan menjadi sistem penjaminan mutu sekolah sehingga pemenuhan Standar Nasional Pendidikan maupun Standar ISO 9001;2015 cukup dilaksanakan dengan kegiatan yang sama. Pelaksanaan sistem penjaminan mutu mengikuti siklus pemetaan mutu, penetapan rencana mutu, pelaksanaan pencapaian rencana mutu, evaluasi pelaksanaan pencapaian mutu, penetapan standar. Kata Kunci : penjaminan mutu, sekolah bermutu SCHOOL QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM AT SMK MUHAMMADIYAH BANDONGAN MAGELANG CENTRAL JAVA Nurlaila Okiwati 1717652014 ABSTRACT This study aims to describe and analyze the school quality assurance system at SMK Muhammadiyah Bandongan Magelang, Central Java, with a focus on: implementing a school quality assurance system. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. In this study, researchers used three methods of data collection by interview, observation, and documentation. Sources of data in this study as key informants are school principals, QMR, deputy principals and teachers. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, checking the validity of the data findings is done by triangulation of interview sources with school principals, QMR, deputy principals and teachers at SMK Muhammadiyah Bandongan Magelang, Central Java. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the implementation of the quality assurance system used two main references, namely the National Education Standard as a mandatory standard and the ISO 9001;2015 Standard. The use of these two references is integrated into a school quality assurance system so that the fulfillment of the National Education Standards and ISO 9001;2015 Standards is carried out with the same activities. The implementation of the quality assurance system follows the cycle of quality mapping, determination of the quality plan, implementation of the achievement of the quality plan, evaluation of the implementation of quality achievement, setting of standards.
